
Police are investigating a report in which a pastor was robbed of $12,000 in cash in Marabella.
According to reports, around 10:00 am on Monday, the pastor parked his vehicle near a store while he went to buy food items.
However he left behind in the vehicle an envelope which contained $12,000 in cash.
Upon returning to the vehicle a short time later, he saw the front passenger window of the vehicle had been smashed.
The envelope was missing.
The pastor, according to reports, had only moments before withdrawn the cash from a bank along the Southern Main Road, Marabella.
It is believed that the thief would have followed the pastor from the bank.
Police are investigating.
