Police are investigating after a man was found shot dead in Marabella on Saturday night.
According to reports, residents of Ramdass Street heard loud explosions around 11:40 am on Saturday.
Officers of the Marabella Police Station responded and found the lifeless body of 28-year-old Nikel Gibson near the Guaracara River.
Investigations are continuing.
In a separate incident, police are investigating the shooting of an off-duty police officer and his brother during an alleged attempted robbery in Princes Town.
